Elizabeth “Beth” Graham earned a Juris Doctor from the University of Nebraska College of Law, where she earned an Eastman Memorial full tuition scholarship. Beth also holds a Master of Arts in Information Science and Learning Technologies from the University of Missouri-Columbia, and a Bachelor of Science in Public Administration from the University of Nebraska-Omaha. Beth has a background in data privacy and technology transactions and holds CIPP/US, CIPP/E, CIPM, and AIGP certifications from the International Association of Privacy Professionals.  Beth has more than six years of experience providing general legal services to SaaS and marketplace startups.  Originally from Lincoln, Nebraska, Beth has lived in the Austin, Texas metro since 2006.  In her spare time, you are most likely to find Beth volunteering with local animal shelters and rescues, training for a half-marathon, or visiting a Texas state park.
